On the menu, you will find fresh fish, local meats, as well as options for vegetarians and vegans. The flavors move between rustic and refined, with pure raw materials and depth. 90% of our products come from Tinos and the Cyclades, while for the Italian dishes we select authentic ingredients, directly from small producers in Italy. Dimitris Karousiotis guides the kitchen of Napole Zoga with a culinary philosophy based on respect for raw materials, seasonality, and connection to the place. With 15 years at the award-winning Varoulko by Lefteris Lazarou and experience at the Italian Napul’è in Athens, he combines technical precision with a sense of measure.
90% of the ingredients come from Tinos and the Cyclades. He himself selects fish daily, while many of the vegetables, herbs, and fruits are grown in the restaurant’s garden. The olive oil comes from the Aeolis olive grove.
His cuisine is genuine and direct. It does not seek to impress but rather the truth of flavor — with dishes that capture the power of simplicity and the essence of the place.
At Napole Zoga, pizza is a ritual. The dough, with five types of flour and natural maturation, offers a light texture, aroma, and easily digestible taste. As in Naples, it is soft, lively, and folds in half — never stiff. We use authentic P.D.O. (Protected Designation of Origin) ingredients from Italy, such as San Marzano tomatoes and mozzarella di bufala, which pair well with selected Greek products. Our pizza is made with care, knowledge, and respect for tradition.
For us, hospitality is its very essence, not just a service. The chef and his team work with transparency, respect for the environment, and the aim to showcase the best that Tinos offers in a way that is contemporary, accessible, and inspired.
At Trattoria Napole Zoga, you will enjoy a cuisine that is vibrant, aromatic, and balanced. From fresh fish and seafood to selected meats, refreshing salads, and handmade dishes that combine Greek tradition and Italian technique, every choice has character and depth. See selected dishes.
Our restaurant features a carefully curated wine cellar, mainly with wines from Greek vineyards, from small and selected producers. Labels from Tinos, the Cyclades, Northern Greece, and the Peloponnese harmoniously accompany and highlight the flavors and aromas of the dishes you choose, enhancing the experience at your table. The name Trattoria Napole Zoga expresses the restaurant’s identity, which connects the Mediterranean with the Cyclades, flavor with the place, and simplicity with culinary care. The word “Trattoria” refers to a hospitable Italian dining space, unpretentious but with deep culinary knowledge, where the quality of the raw material is paramount and the flavors have a homemade character. “Napole” comes from Naples, the birthplace of Neapolitan pizza and the Italian South, and inspires the Italian part of the menu, bringing to your plate ingredients, techniques, and mentalities from a gastronomic tradition with intensity, passion, and history.
“Zoga” belongs to the Cyclades. It is one of the oldest traditional fishing techniques in the Aegean, a word that carries the island air, the relationship with the sea, and the memory of places. It is used here as a symbol for how we “fish” — we choose carefully, retrieve with respect, bring to the table what truly deserves it. This is how the Napole Zoga experience is born: with roots in tradition and an eye focused on the essence of contemporary Mediterranean cuisine.
Enjoy your dining experience at Zoga’s with the unique Aegean Sea view. You will find us in the village of Triantaros, 7 km from Tinos town.
We are open daily from 6 pm until 12 am.
